Tumbled Ruby in Kyanite

Question:

"I am depressed and I have no motivation. I have a lot of emotional trauma from a previous relationship. I am struggling emotional and financially. What crystals can help?"

Answer:

Greetings S,

Thank you for your crystal inquiry. I am very sorry to hear that you are having these issues. I do hope you are feeling better soon.

I do not give medical or psychological advice, but maybe trying to heal your past emotional trauma would help with the other areas of your life.

Try using some Ruby in Blue Kyanite. It will help to release old patterns for your highest good and is a wonderful healing stone that will be nurturing and have positive affects on the emotions. Some Lepidolite can assist with depression and be comforting to you.

I like to use Carnelian for motivation and energy. You could wear a bracelet of it to help. Because you would be wearing it daily I would suggest cleansing it at least once a week. Here is information on cleansing.

Once you have done some self care with the Ruby in Blue Kyanite and you feel a bit like yourself again you can carry or wear some Green Aventurine to continue the healing of your heart and it will also help with abundance and luck.

I hope you find this helpful!
