How can I get rid of negativity and bring love and happiness into my relationship with my spouse, and less stress and anger towards each other? Also, this one girl at work is giving me stress and I don't want her negativity in my space. I would also like protection from negative thinking. Thanks!! I have a piece of Clear Quartz and have misplaced my Black Tourmaline.

Thanks so much for your question about which crystals can help you remove negativity and bring in more love and happiness both at home and at work. As soon as I started to read your letter, all that I could think of for your is a Rose Quartz. I think that is going to be a wonderful crystal for you at home and at work. Place one on your desk with the intention that it fill your "space" with love and light and that any negativity that is directed towards you and your space (from that co-worker) will be transformed into loving energy and go back to the source. There is nothing more powerful against negative energy than to transform it and send it back. Maybe it will lighten up your co-worker and the it is the most positive situation for everyone.
At home I would place a Rose Quartz by your doorway and in your bedroom. Like at work, it will surround your home with love and light that will combat the negative energy. I also like a Green Aventurine for your husband...if he would keep one with him try that, but if not just get a small one and keep it by the area in the home where he spends the most time. It may be stress that is causing communication issues and the Green Aventurinewill help to reduce that.
Your Clear Quartz can be used to amplify the energy of the Rose Quartz& Green Aventurine and if you can find your Black Tourmaline I would bring that to work and let it transmute any negative energy hanging around in the space.
