"Hi. I have just read the following on your description of Sodalite hearts: 'Heart-shaped stones have a tendency to emit loving vibes in combination with the properties of the particular mineral out of which they are formed.'
This is the only explanation of heart shaped crystals I have found. Along with Clear Quartz and other stones, I use heart shaped Rose Quartz crystals in my healing grids since, I believe, there can be no healing without love. I have the pointed part of the shape pointing out. Is this the best direction for energy flow? I should be grateful for any info you can give me on using this shape, not just for grids but for anything else. Thanks!"

Thank you so much for your question about how to best use Heart Shaped crystals. I love using different shapes for different purposes!
I believe that having the pointed part of the heart facing outward is the best placement in your grid. Unless you want to focus the energy towards the center of the grid. For instance if you are building a grid for abundance and you have a Green Aventurine at the center you might want to use the hearts on the outside pointing in towards the center to boost the energy of the Green Aventurine. Consider where you want the energy to flow from when you are placing your crystals. Whenever using shapes - or any crystal - think about what your focus on the grid is and then follow your instincts. The crystals will let you know how to use them to achieve your goal.
